My half of an art trade with 
. My half was never going to be as good as Chibi-Metal's (just look : [link] Its so awesome!!! As you can see, I even got my avatar from it) but I tried my best ^^
When I asked Chibi-Metal what I should draw as my half of the trade, she said I could choose any character from her gallery. Neo immediately caught my eye... what a fabulous character!! ( [link] )! So I drew him. Hope you're happy with the result Chibi!!!
I've set this deviation to 'Advanced Criticism'. Still, constructive only plz.
Made in MSPaint and the GIMP, inked in Flash.
